inevitably are similar to others thereby reducing their feelings of alienation
and developing confidence in their parenting abilities and life skills

well-being
- to promote a greater sense of family togetherness through joyful and fun
activities
- to improve communication skills within the family eg. listening skills and
interactive play and activities together
- to offer space for relaxation and personal reflection so as to encourage new
ways of discovery that may effect individual empowerment and lasting change
- to provide a nurturing, respectful, supportive environment for each individual
which combines interactive workshops, individual therapies, community gatherings
usually in attractive and beautiful countryside surroundings which can culminate
in a possible life-changing experience
